Delivery charges vary based on weight and number of boxes used for shipping.

The checkout page will automatically calculate delivery charges based on your order and location.

Orders over £500 (ex. VAT) qualify for free delivery.

Our licence agreements with most manufacturers and software vendors prevent this so we can only invoice and deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Our secure payment portal accepts all major UK debit and credit cards payments.

Direct bank transfer is also available.

Goods will only be dispatched upon completed payment.

No you can checkout as a guest. 

We would however recommend creating an account in order to view and maintain order history and saved items.

Our website is secured with SSL encryption and data is stored for the purposes of fulfilling your order and future support.

Payments are taken through a secure third party. Our website neither processes or stores any payment card details.

Order processing will take place during our standard office hours.

Depending on the products and/or services purchased will define the timescale. For example stock items will be dispatched on cleared payment whereas fully configured solutions will require data from you the customer before setup can begin.

In stock items – Delivery will be on 48 hour courier once the order is processed. If you require you order the next day please contact us and we will try and accommodate this – details can be found on the Contact Us page.

Please note some items come directly from the manufacturer so your order may be delivered on multiple shipments.

Order on demand items – Delivery will be advised once the order is processed.

Tailored products – If your order contains products or services that require us to set them up you will be contacted once the order is processed.

A full VAT invoice will be issued prior to goods being dispatched.
